Our project with Jeff started with a sketch on a dinner napkin and ended with the house of our dreams. We love the Arts and Crafts style, and wanted to create a home embracing the simplicity and power of that period. But it had to be functional, with a layout designed for retirement years. We got all that, and more. Jeff listened to our needs, and offered numerous solutions to meet those needs. It was a true collaboration every step of the way. We have worked with Jeff on many projects from new construction, commercial and residential remodeling, to room remodels. Large and small projects he is one of the better designers we have worked with. He is great with creating ways to give each project its own touch of character. We've worked with Jeff for several years as general contractors. More recently we've transitioned away from general contracting and instead are working as energy advisors. Despite not be "the builder" we continue to recommend Jeff to the builders and homeowners we work with. Jeff is an open-minded home designer who will listen to what you envision and provide his professional expertise where it's asked for or needed. Jeff also has satisfied a range of homeowners; anything from those who are building a 1,200 square foot ranch to a 6,000 square foot estate. Jeff's quality, versatility, and open-mindedness all work together to create the masterpieces that turn these houses into homes.

We had a challenging project - adding a front entrance, garage, and connecting breezeway to a house that had already been remodeled many times over the years and that had two different kinds of exteriors - brick on one side and Tudor on the other. Jeff did a wonderful job of synthesizing the two exterior types. He also was great at listening to our needs and concerns and (working together with the builder) coming up with creative solutions, like making room for a handicap ramp and minimizing steps (stairs) between the garage and the front entrance.

We had a rather good idea what we wanted in our new home. We showed Jeff some pictures and explained our vision with some basic sketches. He put it all together and our plan was done to perfection. Jeff is on top of the current styles and trends to make your home really stand out. This will be my third home to have been drawn and built. Do not hesitate to good talk to Jeff as he will put your dream home on paper.

Jeff was awesome to work with! He was very accommodating with his schedule to fit in meetings around my busy travel schedule. He was readily responsive via email as well. We changed course with our plans about 1/2 way into our design, and we still ended up on budget and with a full set of plans completed about 15 days sooner than we had expected. Jeff has a keen eye for design ideas that will or will not work well given the space and layout, and definitely knows how to "speak" the construction language. Every builder I have had evaluate my plans so far is impressed with the thoroughness of Jeff's work. As I have learned throughout this process, designers aren't engineers, and engineers aren't designers...but Jeff is definitely the best at seeing the design while understanding the engineering perspective at the same time. I would certainly recommend his work to anyone considering building a new home.

Jeff just concluded the design of an addition to our log home in Oconto County. He was very creative in his design and was able to envision a structure that I had not been able to anticipate. He was very flexible with his schedule and was easily able to accommodate us even though we live in the Washington, DC area. He also listened to us and modified his design to meet our tastes. My wife and I had the privilege to work with Jeff to design our new home. It was a great experience. From the very beginning, Jeff listened to what we were looking for and was able to create several design options to get the process started, all of them far superior to anything we were able to find on internet sites. During the entire process, Jeff was very receptive to our requests for modifications and always made them in a timely fashion. We are completely satisfied with the custom home design we got from him. Also, when we sat down with our builder to discuss the plan, he mentioned that he sees blueprints from several places throughout Wisconsin. However, he said that those that come from Jeff Hibbard are special. Should we ever have the need to build another home, we will not hesitate to work with Jeff again.

Designing our retirement home has been an efficient and pleasing process thanks to our architect, Jeff Hibbard. He has been very easy to work with, listening to our ideas and quickly adapting them to our design. During the early part of the design process, he met with us many times at the building site which helped us choose an excellent location for our home. He also always made himself available for meetings where we could discuss the developing plan. We are very happy with the results of our collaboration and would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone who appreciates a professional with computer skills and a flair for designing a home that you will love.
